FIND US ON SOUTH MAIN · WAYNESVILLE, NC
The Door Is Open.
Come Find Us on South Main.
In July 2026, we moved into our brighter, larger home at 1547 S. Main St in Waynesville. Stop in Monday through Saturday to browse the bolts in natural light, talk through your next project at the worktable, or give Sue and our team a call at 828-246-0877.
OUR INVITATION
More Than a Fabric Store. A Creative Community.
Sue's vision for Superior Bargain Fabrics goes beyond shelves of beautiful materials.
She imagines a place where people gather to exchange ideas, share techniques, ask questions, and encourage one another.
A place where an experienced quilter can inspire a beginner. Where someone restoring an old chair can find just the right fabric. Where neighbors become friends over a shared love of sewing.
And we're only getting started.
As we grow, we're planning to expand into sewing machines and sewing machine repair services, helping our customers find and maintain the tools that bring their ideas to life.
We're also looking for talented people who want to become part of our growing creative community.
Are you an experienced sewing or quilting instructor? Do you offer long-arm quilting services?
We'd love to meet you. We're actively seeking people who can teach, share their skills, and help us build a vibrant community around the fabric arts.
Because the best part of creativity isn't always what we make.
Sometimes, it's the people we meet along the way.
What to Bring to the Cutting Table
You don’t need an architect’s blueprint to get started. Bring along a cushion cover, rough room dimensions, window measurements, or the quilt pattern you’ve been dreaming about. We’ll unroll fabrics across the wooden worktable with you and help you confirm yardage before anything is cut.
Easy South Main Street Access
